Mechatronics

Mechatronics is not only the marriage of electrical, mechanical and computer technologies, it is also a philosophy for looking at systems. Under traditional methods of teaching Mechatronics, students learn about each of these fields separately from one another. Sometimes, there is a course or two, or a capstone seminar or project at the end of the training which tries to pull all of these topics together. The System Approach incorporates troubleshooting strategies and systems thinking from the beginning, rather than covering it in a capstone project or separate course.

 

Instructor Certification

The Siemens Mechatronics Systems Certification Program requires certification of Instructors before they are permitted to deliver coursework.  We can deliver workshops directly at your Institution to assist administrators in selecting prospective instructors for this program.
